The Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 players will need to be kept busy with some more maps this summer. Infinity Ward have been at work on some 5 maps for Modern Warfare 2 release and this is a brief description of each to give you an idea of what to expect. The five maps are Fuel, Trailerpark, Carnival, Vacant and Strike. Veterans of the Modern War series will recognise those last two names and like the previous map pack, the developers have taken two maps from the first release and improved the design for the Playstation 3.

Fuel

This map is set in an oil refinery. It’s one of the largest ever developed by Infinity Ward, it has two playable areas and features a lot of wide open spaces, ideal of large scale gunfights.

Trailerpark

This map is extremely tight with sharp corners and places to hide. All buildings are interconnected and are also accessible with many windows to shoot from and cover. There are a lot of routes through this map and it’s easy to get lost. But it features a swimming pool and fountain, so it was probably a nice place to live at some stage.

Carnival

Quite an interesting design from Infinity Ward as it combines multiple different level types into one. This map is split up into different areas each with their own unique objectives and features. Depending on what area the player is in, these objectives vary. The level design also means that players must employ multiple tactics to try and be successful as the constantly changing environments force the players to react depending on the location. Should be an extremely interesting one on the servers and will introduce a new type of challenge for veteran players.

Vacant

A blast from the past for many players. Vacant takes place in a Russian office building and it’s been smashed to pieces. The layout is still the same and so players will be familiar with it already apart from a few minor changes. Naturally, he graphics have been updated and there is more detail in the level than before.

Strike

And finally, another one from the first Modern Warfare. Strike is set in a city that looks like the Middle East and is mainly concerned with fighting from rooms and on the streets. Graphics have been updated and like Vacant, has more detail and features than the first game. However, there have been some useful changes to combat people camping and some areas are now more open, eliminating the safety aspect of sitting in one place.

The Resurgance Map pack will be available on Playstation 3 and PC on July 6th, 2010.

In order to get the best content for your PS3 and PS portable the PlayStation Network Card is the most suited. A PSN card funds your online wallet rapidly and securely and you find you have at your disposal a variety and complete adaptation of excellent games or even games that can be downloaded which will help to augment a game that you had with you earlier. The best place to buy PSN cards is here, at Electronic First.com, our smooth digital delivery process takes the hassle out of purchasing online.

Suppose you have already attempted to purchase Play station network cards from your locality, you would have come to realize what a real nuisance it is to commute up and down, wait in queues and combat the hectic rush. The advantage is that you can now purchase PSN cards UK and US from your house itself through the net. In this way you will be able to save on petrol, your precious time and avoid the irritation you have to go through to get it.

A prepaid card Play Station network makes use of the currency of that particular country only; that means that if you own a UK PSN card, then it can be made use of only in and around UK due to the exchange charges of currencies. A PSN card makes use of actual currency, so The UK pound does not have the same value as that of the US Dollar or the Yen of Japan. This strategy also averts the customers from being exposed to frauds, which is one thing that we consider to be very grave.

We make it a point not to send the codes to a customer who has purchased a PlayStation network card till they reply to our email confirmation. Well once the name, address and the date and time of purchase are confirmed the PSN card will get the code in a matter of one or two hours. If by chance we do not receive any reply from the buyer for the confirmation mail that we sent within three days, then the deal stands cancelled and the money will be returned. This is the best method that we have found to provide security to a buyer against people trying to access his account without permission.

Often PlayStation Network cards fill your online purses without the need of your credit card or bank account details. Though PSN cards US and PSN cards UK expire a year from the date of purchase there is no limit to the time it can stay unused in your online wallet once it has been cashed in.

Because the prepaid cards are bought through the PayPal option the dangers concerning the use of credit cards or banking details are ruled out. Children and teenagers can utilize it too.

Prepaid cards are supplied in denominations of $20 and $50 US or GBP. In order to cash in your card just sign into the network on either the PS3, the PSP or any computer that uses the media, go onto the PlayStation Store, click the redeem Codes button and enter your personal code. The card will be cashed at once and the funds will be transferred to your online wallet.
