Was a first time buyer so I needed to provide the phone numbers from my PayPal account. EF compared then and then sent out the code WITHOUT calling me.
I got a scan of the subscription card via email, the code worked fine and the Microsoft confirmation came the day after, so you know it is genuine.
Will be ordering again in about 14 months – hopefully the prices are the same!
