If you have recently purchased a subscription/gaming card and are still awaiting an email, please check your junk mail and spam folder too. There have been cases where customers have been sent their subscriptions within 5-10 minutes yet email us after 1-2 weeks to enquire when they will receive their card.

If you have not received your card and it has been over 3 hours and it is within our opening hours, please email us straight away.

How do I redeem my Xbox Live membership codes with my Xbox 360?

1. Make sure your system is connected to Xbox Live.

2. Go to the Xbox Live area of the Xbox Dashboard and select Xbox Live Marketplace.

3. Select Redeem Prepaid Card and enter the 25 characters exactly as they appear in your order email.

4. Download all the latest games.

The Code – PSN Cards

1. Go to http://store.playstation.com.

2. Open an account on the PLAYSTATION Network (or use and existing account)

3. Click ‘Account Management’ (top right of page)

4. Under ‘Transaction Management’ click Redeem PLAYSTATION Network Card or Promotion Code

1. Open an account on the PLAYSTATION Network (or use and existing account)

2. From the PLAYSTATION Network icon on the XMB, select ‘Account Management’

3. Enter ‘Transaction Management’

How do I redeem the Wii Points?

1. Start the Wii console and proceed to the Wii Shop Channel.

2. On the Add Wii Points page, select Redeem Wii Points Card.

3. Click iTunes Gift Cards

4. Enter the activation number into the appropriate field on the screen.

5. Choose your items and start downloading.

Redeeming the Code – Warcraft Prepaid

1. Go to www.worldofwarcraft.com/gamecard and follow the instructions to activate your Game Card.

2. Login to play World of Warcraft

PlayNC- Adding Time to an Existing Subscription

1. Log in to your NCsoft Account

2. On the NCsoft Account Management page, click Use a Serial Code

3. Enter the code found on the reverse of your Game Time Card (as a Standard NCsoft Code), and click CONTINUE

4. Choose which game account you’d like to add game time to, and click ADD TIME

PlayNC- Adding Time to a New Subscription

1. Head to the Account section on NCsoft

* If you are an existing customer, log in to your account

* If you are a new customer, click the Create Account button and follow the directions provided until you have successfully created your NCsoft Account

2. On the NCsoft Account Management page, click Use a Serial Code

3. Enter your game Serial Code (as a Standard NCsoft Code) and click CONTINUE

4. Choose a game account name and password, and click CREATE GAME ACCOUNT

5. On the Choose Payment Method page, click USE GAME TIME CARD

6. Enter the code found on the reverse of your Game Time Card (as a Standard NCsoft Code), and click CONTINUE
