Redeeming on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One

• Sign in to your Xbox console using the Microsoft account you wish to redeem the code with.

• From the Home screen, select and open the Store app. (If you don't see the Store app, go to My games & apps, select Apps, and find the Store app from there).

• In the Store app, move the cursor left or press the View button on the controller to open the side menu.

• From the menu, select Redeem.

• Enter the 25-character code.

Redeeming on Xbox 360

• Sign in to your Xbox 360 with the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code with

• Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller

• Choose Games & Apps from the menu

• Next, select Redeem Code

• Enter the 25-character code

Redeem on Website Browser

• Open your preferred web browser

• Navigate to redeem.microsoft.com

• Sign in to your account

• Type in the 25-character code

Redeeming on Xbox Console Companion for Windows

• Click the Start button on your Windows device, and select Xbox Console Companion from the list of apps.

• Ensure you are signed in with the correct account for the code redemption. If not, select the Gamer tag picture located in the left navigation bar, and click Sign out. Afterwards, sign in with the appropriate account.

• Click on Microsoft Store found on the left navigation bar, then click on Redeem a code.

• Enter the 25-character code.

Redeeming on Windows 11/10

• To redeem your code, make sure you're logged in to your Microsoft account.

• Click on the Start button  and search for "Microsoft Store".

• Once you're in the Microsoft Store, select "More …" and click on "Redeem a code".

• Enter the 25-character code and proceed with the instructions.
