I just added the Office key into my account but I can't get the download working/taking too long, what should I do?
- Firstly, make sure that your internet connection is stable enough. Next, go to your Microsoft Account Services & Subscriptions (login to the correct account you associated the Office with), then select Install next to it.
- If you can't find your Office under Services & Subscriptions, you can also check it in your Order History. Refine your search by selecting All available under Ordered within.
- If this didn't help, please try downloading it from an incognito browser, i.e. Google Incognito (Press CTRL+Shift+N to open incognito browser).
However, if the above solution/s does not work, please contact our Customer Support Team via Support Tickets on your EF Dashboard so we can check if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
