How long will the delivery take?

Hey, I just paid for my product, when will I receive it?

Normally, It will be available to download in your My Orders within 5-10 minutes, depending on the volume of orders, availability of item/s, and/or products purchased. 

For Steam Preloaded games, the delivery is within 6 - 12 Hours.

If you don't see your order within the timeframe, please contact our Customer Support Team via Support Tickets on your EF Dashboard to check. To assist you better, please include the details below: 

1. Order ID
2. Full Name
3. Delivery/Billing email address 
4. PayPal-registered email address (If PayPal was used to make the purchase)
