I didn't receive my product, what do I do?

Can't find my order.
Where's my order?
I just paid for my product and I haven't received it yet, please help. 

Normally, your code/key will be available to download in the My Orders section of your Dashboard within 5-10 minutes, depending on the volume of orders and availability of product.

 

If you don't see your order within the timeframe, please contact our Customer Support Team via Support Tickets on your EF Dashboard. To assist you better, please include the details below: 

  1. Order ID
  2. Full Name
  3. Delivery/Billing email address 
  4. PayPal-registered email address (If PayPal was used to make the purchase)
