1. Dit is GEEN spelsleutel. Je krijgt een nieuw Steam-account toegestuurd dat voor je is gemaakt en dat vooraf is geladen met de game.

2. Onder bepaalde voorwaarden (bijvoorbeeld een fout van de klant bij het plaatsen van een bestelling, een onjuist spel/account) of een fout in het bestelproces. Neem contact met ons op om te bepalen of u in aanmerking komt voor terugbetalingen en retouren.

3. De volgende omstandigheden KOMEN NIET IN AANMERKING VOOR TERUGBETALINGEN/RETOUREN.

3c. Accounts zijn om een van de volgende redenen gebannen of vergrendeld:
