Please follow the instructions according to the version of your Windows Server Standard.
1. Download the evaluation installer from the official Microsoft website.
Windows Server 2019 Standard (Alternative link)
Windows Server 2022 Standard
2. After installing the evaluation version, convert it to full retail version using the key provided in My Orders.

For Windows Server 2022 Datacenter
1. Download the Windows Server 2022 Datacenter evaluation installer from the official Microsoft website.
Here is an alternative download link.
2. After installing your software please use this command in CMD to convert the version to the correct one:
DISM /Online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter/ProductKey:XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEULA
(Instead of the X, please enter the product key)
NOTE: You only have 180 days of Trial period to use the Evaluation version, so you must convert it before it ends.
